Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Membership: Procedure for Collection of Annual Dues
The purpose of this policy is to define the timeframe for membership renewal and the process for membership termination due to non-renewal of WAMSS membership.

WAMSS membership paid by the individual is non-transferable.

WAMSS membership paid by the employer may be transferable.
- Membership can be discontinued due to unacceptable actions.
- It is the policy of WAMSS to terminate membership due to non-renewal.
WAMSS reserves the right to extend or re-activate memberships as appropriate.
Conference Cancellation Policy:
Registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee is refundable if notice is given to [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the conference.
